“We Were First Time Home Buyers”

We were first time home buyers, and Carol explained the process thoroughly step-by-step. She listened closely to what we wanted: i.e. size of home and yard, type of neighborhood, etc. We felt like she knew the market extremely well, and always steered us in the right direction. It made us very comfortable, and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. We're very happy in our new house!
