Can’t imagine going through the buying process without the professional and knowledgeable assistance of our buying agent, Angela Jenkins. From our first encounter with Angela we knew that she had our best interests in mind. She asked all the right questions of us, to determine exactly what we wanted in our new home. Angela attended every meeting we had with the selling agents, builders and project engineer. She recommended a professional inspection team, and accompanied us through every step. Angela got involved with the loan process, from explaining, in understandable terms, the very complicated procedure. Her recommendations, advice and help made a world of difference. Angela made us feel, from the very beginning, that she was having this house built for herself, not just representing us as purchasers. We can’t say enough good things about Angela Jenkins and Julie Tuggle! Angela was our primary buyer’s agent and was stellar to work with. She was always quick to respond to questions, honest with her opinions about homes and neighborhoods, and is a talented negotiator.
